The legal basis for processing is the performance of pre-contractual measures at the request of the data subject (Art. 6.1.b GDPR) and the user's explicit consent given when submitting the form (Art. 6.1.a GDPR).
4. Processing methods and retention
The data is processed with electronic and/or paper tools and stored with security measures adequate to prevent loss, unauthorized access, unlawful use or disclosure. 8. Complaint to the Supervisory Authority
A user who believes that the processing of their personal data infringes the GDPR has the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority — Garante per la Protezione dei Dati Personali (www.garanteprivacy.it) — or another competent supervisory authority.
9. Changes to this policy
The Controller reserves the right to modify or update this Privacy Policy at any time. Changes will be published on this page with an indication of the last update date.
Technical note for deployment: this template covers the most common cases for a showcase site without profiling or e-commerce. Should analytics tools, an interactive map or payment services be added, integrate the policy accordingly and insert a compliant cookie banner.
