Dedicated service

Bespoke rental and supply.

Every venue has an identity. We translate it into fabrics, details and service. From the mise en place to staff uniforms, we build coordinated textile projects around the character of your venue.

The service

Supplies designed for those who won't settle for a standard solution

Capuano supports restaurateurs, hoteliers, beach managers and wedding planners looking for a textile supply that can tell the story of their brand. Not a catalogue to scroll through, but a project to build together: fabrics chosen one by one, coordinated palettes, custom embroidery, tailored details and, when needed, staff uniforms too. A service built around the venue's identity, from the first meeting to the on-site supply.

The solutions

What we can create together

Every project starts from a dialogue. The final supply can include just one of these items or all of them coordinated together, according to the venue's concrete needs.

01

Bespoke table linens

Tablecloths and table covers made in the exact dimensions of your tables, in fabrics and colors that dialogue with the setting — from raw linen to slub cotton to fine jacquards.

02

Coordinated mise en place

Napkins, chargers, runners and chair covers conceived as a whole. Every element enters a dialogue of color and texture with the venue's tablecloths and palette.

03

Embroidery and customization

Monograms, logos and graphic motifs translated into machine or hand embroidery. A signature that stays in the fabric and visually conveys the venue's care.

04

Hospitality linens

Towels, bathrobes, beach towels and bedroom linens certified for use in venues open to the public. Also with a monogram coordinated to your brand.

05

Workwear

Shirts, aprons and tailored garments for dining-room and kitchen staff. Built on the venue's aesthetic and sewn one by one — the detail that completes the identity project.

06

Rental & management

For those who prefer not to invest in ownership: a rental formula with rotation, professional laundering, maintenance and periodic replacement of the supply.

The method

How we work on your project

Six steps through which we follow every project, from the first site visit to ongoing support. Nothing is automated and nothing is standard — every step is a dialogue.

01

Listening

A site visit or a video call to understand the concept, the setting, the venue's palette, the brand identity and operational needs — how many covers, how many rooms, how much turnover.

02

Material selection

We propose fabrics, finishes and coordinated palettes. Every option is justified: behavior in the wash, tactile feel, hand, durability certification for use in venues open to the public.

03

Prototyping

We create a physical sample book and, where needed, a first sewn prototype. Choices are validated in person, on the table or on the body, before going into production.

04

Production

The artisan hands of our team sew, embroider and finish piece by piece. Production is followed in-house from start to finish, with precise checks on every batch.

05

Delivery

We schedule delivery within the timeframe required by the start of the season or the event. We also provide logistical support for storage, distribution and first setup.

06

Continuity

For those who choose us as a stable partner, we activate rotation, periodic replacement, seasonal additions and ongoing support. The supply grows over time, aligned with the venue's evolution.

Case study

Paolino — identity translated into textiles

For Paolino we built a textile project that brings the table and the people who serve it into dialogue: table linens, mise en place and workwear conceived as parts of the same visual language.

The project

The need was clear: to make the restaurant's identity recognizable in every detail of the dining room. Not only in the materials laid on the tables, but also in the garments worn by the staff, who — in direct contact with guests — represent the brand's first visible signature.

The Capuano solution

We selected fabrics, palettes and finishes designed to dialogue with the venue's spaces, developing the dining-room supply and the bespoke staff shirts at the same time. Every element was sewn one by one, with the care we reserve for home linens, so that uniform and table linen appeared as two chapters of a single visual grammar.

The result

A service you see and touch before the course even begins: from the staff shirt to the napkin, every detail closes the circle of the Paolino experience. Aesthetic coherence becomes part of the venue's story.

La Fontelina Beach Club — an iconic place in Capri

For La Fontelina Beach Club in Capri we developed a bespoke textile supply — embroidery, monograms, coordinated palettes — designed to blend into the iconic identity of one of the most recognizable locations in the Mediterranean.

The context

La Fontelina is as much an experience as a place. Every detail — from the majolica to the lighting, from the blue of the sea to the light of Capri — helps build a precise atmosphere. A generic textile supply would have clashed: it needed something that spoke the language of the place.

The Capuano solution

We designed the table linens with the hand-embroidered Fontelina monogram, wave motifs that recall the marine setting, and palettes coordinated with the beach club's natural tones. Every piece is produced with fabrics certified for the intensive use of venues open to the public — withstanding the sun, the sea salt, frequent washing — without losing the handcrafted touch.

The result

Table linens that became part of the image of the place: recognizable in guests' photographs, consistent with the brand's visual identity, durable through the season. The project we created for La Fontelina is today one of our clearest demonstrations of how textiles can enter the identity of a venue.

Case study

Villa Cimbrone — bespoke linens for an icon of Ravello

For Villa Cimbrone, the five-star hotel set within the famous gardens of Ravello, we created a bespoke textile supply for the rooms — bed sets, bathrobes and towelling with an embroidered monogram — designed to live up to one of the most iconic residences on the Amalfi Coast.

The context

Overlooking the Gulf of Salerno from the legendary Terrace of Infinity, Villa Cimbrone has been a refuge for artists, aristocrats and travellers for over a century — from D.H. Lawrence to Greta Garbo. In a place where every detail is part of a story, the room linens could not be an anonymous supply: they had to breathe the same elegance as its gardens and historic interiors.

The Capuano solution

We developed bed sets in fine cotton with a gold trim and an embroidered «Villa Cimbrone» monogram, coordinated with headboards and cushions in the distinctive blue-and-white medallion motif of Mediterranean inspiration. For the bathroom, bathrobes and towelling in pure cotton with tonal embroidery, certified for the intensive use of hospitality venues. Every piece is sewn and finished by hand, with the care we reserve for household linens.

The result

Linens that become part of the guest experience: consistent with the villa's identity, recognisable in their embroidery, resilient to the rhythms of luxury hôtellerie. From bed to bath, textiles by Capuano accompany the stay at Villa Cimbrone with the discretion and the quality the place demands.
